Investment Agreement

We offer full transparency, formalizing the investment agreement, outlining the terms and conditions of your participation in the fund and the expected returns.

Initial Consultation

We start with a detailed consultation to understand and discuss your investment goals, preferences, and available capital. This helps us tailor our offer to meet your specific requirements and maximize your investment potential.

Return on Investment

Investors receive returns on their investment at six monthly intervals, with an expected annual ROI of up to 20%. We provide ongoing communication, pictures and videos from our content team and detailed reports on the performance of each property, ensuring you are informed about the progress and returns on your investment and the overall fund.

Our fund has properties at different stages along their project lifecycle, ensuring the fund is ready to capitalize on the next opportunity.  Depending on when you enter the fund your investment will contribute towards the next purchase or held in escrow until the correct moment in funds renovation lifecycle.
